Precaución Customers are not able to make outbound calls when special characters (e.g., "&" or "-") are used in the Calling ID Name field.

  1. Ingresa a Mi Negocio.
  2. Click Manage Account.
  3. From the Product Tools section, click One Talk.
    Nota To navigate, mouse over each option.

  4. From the quick tasks section, click Set Up User Info.

  5. From the 'Update User Info' tab, click the appropriate phone number.
    Nota If no numbers are present on this screen, change the 'Filter By:' drop down box to a longer period of time.

  7. Enter the desired Calling ID Name then click Submit.
