One Talk Mobile App - Download and Install

Nota Notas:

  • Para activar, se necesita una dirección de EE. UU. válida para la función E911.
  • Wi-Fi Calls always originate in the U.S., even when you're outside of the US.
    • Calls to US numbers are not billed (except for 411 or other premium calls).
    • Calls to international numbers are billed according to the your international long distance plan.
  • Una restablecimiento parcial must be performed on the desk phone when a new endpoint is added to the One Talk MDN.

  1. Download the Verizon One Talk app from the Apple® App store o Tienda Google Play™.
    Nota One Talk app is supported on the following operating systems:
    • iOS 10.3 and above
    • Android 5.0 and above
  2. Launch the One Talk app.
    Nota Splash screen displays for a short while.
  3. If presented, tap Allow to accept app permissions.
  4. Enter the One Talk number and the preferred name then tap Request PIN to be sent by email.
    Nota Ensure the user assigned to the line has a valid email address in Mi Negocio.
    Nota If an email isn't received the user should engage their IT team to whitelist this email domain: vzwmail@ecrmemail.verizonwireless.com

  5. Enter the PIN sent via email then tap Activate PIN.
  6. From 'Setup your Device & Profile' screen enter the appropriate info then tap Next:
    Nota Profile info must be completed along with 911 address in the mobile app to complete the process.
