One Talk - View / Manage Hunt Group

Nota Incoming calls to a company Hunt Group line ring to a group of users as defined by the administrator. There are four ring sequences for the company to use.

Hunt Groups can be managed via the One Talk portal or the My Verizon for Business mobile app. Select an option to view instructions:

  1. Entra a Mi Negocio.
  2. Click Manage Account.
  3. From the Product Tools section, click One Talk.

  4. From the quick tasks section, click View/Manage Hunt Group.

  5. From the Hunt Group # column, click the preferred Hunt Group.

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the desired transaction.

  7. From the selected Hunt Group page, click Select Calling Sequence then select one of the following calling sequence:
    • Simultaneous
    • Circular
    • Regular
    • Uniform

  8. Configure the appropriate settings then click Submit.

Mi Verizon para clientes comerciales

  1. Open and sign in to the My Verizon for Business app.
  2. Tap One Talk on the home screen.
  3. Select the group you want to view or edit, then tap the right arrow > (next to Hunt Group).
    Nota If more than one Hunt Group (HG) is on the account, select the appropriate HG.
  4. From the Hunt Group Name screen, tap Edit details.

  5. Edit the following settings as desired, then tap Continue.
    • Hunt Group Name
    • Nombre de identificador de llamadas
    • Zona horaria

  6. From the 'Select Calling Sequence' screen, choose the desired value from the Calling Sequence dropdown (e.g., Circular, Regular, Simultaneous Ring, etc.).

  7. Tap Select from Available Lines, place the desired lines in the queue then tap Confirm.
  8. Tap Continue to proceed to the next screen.
  9. From the Settings screen, configure the following settings then tap Submit:
    • Advance to Next Number (e.g., After 10 Rings, etc.)
    • Check the box to choose whether or not to use call waiting before advancing to the next number
    • Enter Seconds (time before ringing to the next Hunt Group number)
    • Call Forward Number (number to ring after exhausting all Hunt Group members)
