Acceder a la aplicación Content Transfer - Apple® iPhone®

 

Precaución Cualquier contacto o medios con copia de seguridad en cualquier servicio de cloud (por ej., Verizon Cloud, iCloud®, Google Drive, etc.) are not transferred by the Content Transfer app and need to be restored to the device using the same service. The Content Transfer app only transfers contacts, media, etc. to the new device that haven't already been backed up to a cloud service.

Nota The steps below apply to the following models:

  • iPhone 8 / 8 Plus
  • iPhone 7 / 7 Plus
  • iPhone SE
  • iPhone 6 / 6 Plus / 6s / 6s Plus
  • iPhone 5 / 5c / 5s
  • iPhone 4s

 

The Content Transfer app can be accessed 2 ways:

 

Aplicación Content Transfer

  1. If necessary, download and install the latest version of the Content Transfer app.
  2. Tap Content Transfer.
    Tap Content Transfer
  3. Comenzar transferring content from the old device to the new device.

My Verizon App menu

  1. Download and install the latest version of the My Verizon app.
  2. While in the My Verizon app, tap the Menu icon (upper-left).

  3. Oprime Dispositivos.
    Tap Devices
  4. Below the device's 10-digit mobile number, tap Manage.
    Tap Manage
  5. Tap Phone-to-phone Transfer.
    Tap Phone-to-phone Transfer
  6. Comenzar transferring content from the old device to the new device.
