Acceder a la aplicación Content Transfer - Smartphone Android™

Precaución Cualquier contacto o medios con copia de seguridad en cualquier servicio de cloud (por ej., Verizon Cloud, iCloud®, Google Drive, etc.) are not transferred by the Content Transfer app and need to be restored to the device using the same service. The Content Transfer app only transfers contacts, media, etc. to the new device that haven't already been backed up to a cloud service.

The Content Transfer app can be accessed 2 ways:

 

Content Transfer app

  1. If necessary, download and install the latest version of the Content Transfer app.
  2. From a Home screen, tap the Apps menu or swipe up to access all apps.
  3. Tap Content Transfer.
    Tap Content Transfer
  4. Comenzar transferring content from the old device to the new device.

My Verizon app menu

  1. Download and install the latest version of My Verizon app.
  2. While in the My Verizon app, tap the Menu icon (upper-left).

  3. Oprime Dispositivos.
    Tap My Devices
  4. Under the device's 10-digit mobile number, tap Manage.
    Tap Content Transfer
  5. Tap Phone-to-phone Transfer.
    Tap Content Transfer
  6. Comenzar transferring content from the old device to the new device.
