HTC 10™ - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. Desde la pantalla de inicio, ve hasta: el ícono Apps Ícono de la aplicación > Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts & sync (Personal section).
  2. From the 'Accounts for' section, select the appropriate email address.
    Nota Pueden aparecer múltiples cuentas.
  4. To confirm, review the info then tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
