Eliminar cuenta de email corporativo (Exchange ActiveSync®) - PRIV™ de BlackBerry®

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Ícono de la aplicación > Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts Ícono Accounts.
  2. Tap Exchange.
  3. Tap the appropriate account (email address).
  4. Tap the Menu icon Action overflow icon (ubicado en la parte superior derecha).
  5. Oprime Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account to confirm.
