GizmoGadget™ by LG - Link to Apple® iPhone®


  • It's necessary for the Gizmo Band to link to the caregiver's iPhone for the device to function properly.
  • Take the below steps if the Gizmo doesn't link to the smartphone during activation:

  1. Ensure the primary caregiver has an iPhone (iOS 9.0 or later) with a data plan and has data coverage.
  2. Ensure the primary caregiver has the GizmoHub app installed.
  3. Asegúrate de que el iPhone tenga configurado el horario de la red.
    Nota Navigate: Settings > General > Date & Time then tap the Set Automatically switch to turn on Ícono de encendido.
  4. Ensure the primary caregiver has the correct mobile number of the Gizmo device.

    Nota If unable to link the Gizmo and the Wi-Fi is enabled on the primary carergiver's iPhone, turn Wi-Fi off and try linking again. Aquí te mostramos otras posibles causas:
    • Caregiver entered the wrong GizmoPal device mobile number.
    • GizmoPal device mobile number has an SMS (i.e., text messaging) block or short code messaging isn't working properly.
    • GizmoPal device isn't in a 1X coverage area.
    • Phone doesn't have data coverage.
    • Phone has a Caller ID block.
