    • isn't available for International numbers.
    • is turned off if HD Voice is turned on.
      Nota Re-enable call forwarding after restarting the device.
  • Sign in using a  Mi Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.

  1. En un navegador de Internet, inicia sesión en  Mi Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon home screen, navigate: Devices > Resumen del dispositivo.
  3. Select the desired line.
  4. Scroll down to the 'Call forwarding' section then click Manage.
  5. If available, from the Mobile Number dropdown menu, select the number receiving the calls.
    Select a 10-digit Phone Number
  6. In the Options section, select one of the following options:
    • Transferir todas las llamadas
    • Transferir llamadas cuando mi línea esté ocupada o no haya respuesta
      • Select at least 1 option:
        • Cuando mi línea esté ocupada
        • Cuando no haya respuesta
    Selecciona una opción
  7. From the 'Forward Mobile Number to' section, enter the 10-digit number calls should be forwarded to.
    Enter a 10-digit Phone Number
  8. Click Update Call Forwarding Status.
    Click Update Call Forwarding Status
  9. Select a device to receive the Online Authorization Code then click Send me the Code.
    Click Send Me The Code
  10. Enter the Online Authorization Code then click Confirm.
    Hacer clic en Confirmar
