Samsung Galaxy Tab E - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Nota These instructions only apply to the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts.
  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  4. If necessary, select the appropriate email address.
    Nota Pueden aparecer múltiples cuentas.
  5. Oprime el ícono Menu Menú (esquina superior derecha).
  6. Oprime Remove account.
  7. To confirm, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
