Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

> Settings > Accounts.

From the Accounts section, tap the appropriate account (e.g., Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, Email, etc.).
- Oprime la cuenta correspondiente.

Tap the MORE icon

Tap Remove account (located in the upper-right).

From the "Remove account?" prompt, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
