Verizon Cloud - Smartphone Android® - Restablecer aplicación 

Nota If your Verizon Cloud app crashes, resets the device or is unresponsive, follow these steps to reset the app (doesn't erase data stored in the Cloud or on the device).

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps (located at the bottom).
  2. Oprime Configuración.
  3. Tap Apps Manager (Application Manager).
    Nota If necessary, swipe left or right to 'All' (All Apps).
  4. Tap Cloud (Backup Assistant Plus).
  5. Tap Force Stop then tap OK.
  6. In the Storage section, tap Clear Data then tap OK.
  7. If available, locate then tap Sync all widgets (Sync Service).
  8. Tap the following options then tap OK when prompted:
    1. Force Stop
    2. Clear Data
    3. Borrar caché
    4. Clear Defaults
  9. Tap Verizon Login (Verizon SSO Engine).
  10. Tap the following options then tap OK when prompted:
    1. Force Stop
    2. Clear Data
    3. Borrar caché
    4. Clear Defaults
  11. Power the device off then back on.
  12. From the Home screen, tap Apps (located at the bottom).
  13. Tap Cloud (Backup Assistant Plus). 
     Nota To upgrade to the latest version, refer to Actualizar apps - Play Store™.
  14. Follow the on screen prompts to sign in.
