  • Images may vary depending upon device.
  • Deleting a photo, video, music or document file from the device's internal file system does not delete the content from Verizon Cloud.


  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap the Verizon Cloud icon Verizon Cloud.
  3. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).

  4. Oprime Configuración.

  6. Tap Content Restore.
    Tap Content Restore
  7. Select any of the following then tap Restore (located on the upper-right):

    Nota If messages were not restored and Message+ was your default messaging app, refer to Restore Messages - Verizon Messages.
    Nota If the word Restore or the option for a specific content type is grayed out it indicates there is no content available to be restored to the device.

  8. To restore Messages, tap Last 3 Months to change the time period.
