Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
Some accounts may be removed from the device by navigating Apps > Mail > Menu icon > Settings > Delete account; however, this may not remove the account from the Sync & Connect server.
From a Home screen, tap the Apps icon (ubicado en la parte inferior).
Oprime Configuración. If unavailable, tap the Dropdown menu (located in the upper-left) then select Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Administrar íconos de aplicaciones.
From the PERSONAL section, tap Accounts & sync.
