  • If you're unable to perform certain functions (e.g., make phone calls or browse the web), it may be the result of a restriction on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES). It's recommended to contact your IT department for assistance.
  • To verify that the device is on a BES, follow the steps below.

    Nota For some Blackerry models, select Settings > Options > Advanced Options.
    Nota If applicable, utilize the trackpad/trackwheel to highlight then press it to select.
  2. Selecciona Service Book.
  3. Selecciona el escritorio [CMIME].
  4. Selecciona View.
  5. Locate the UID.
    Nota If the UID is a series of numbers and letters starting with the letter 'S' (not an email address) your BlackBerry has been added to a BES.
