Delete an Existing Email Account - BlackBerry® Internet Service

Removing then re-adding your email account often resolves issues such as being unable to login or not receiving email.

  • If the device is setup on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), the option to add or remove email accounts may be unavailable. Contacta al administrador de BES para obtener asistencia.
  1. En la computadora, abre el navegador de internet y ve al sitio web de BIS.
  2. From the Existing Users section, enter the appropriate User name and Password then click Log In.
  3. From the desired Email Account, click Delete (trash can icon).
  4. Haz clic en OK.
  5. Haz clic en OK para confirmar.
