Delete an Existing Email Account (via Device) - BlackBerry® Internet Service (BIS)

Removing then re-adding your email account often resolves issues such as being unable to login or not receiving email.

 If the device is setup on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), the option to add or remove email accounts may be unavailable. Contacta al administrador de BES para obtener asistencia.

  1. From the Home screen All tray, select Setup Botón Menú .
    Nota To expand the tray, press the Menu button Botón Menú then select Open Tray.
  2. Select Email Accounts.
  3. Highlight the preferred email account then press the Menu button.
  4. Selecciona Delete.
  5. Selecciona Yes (Sí) para confirmar.
