If your Jetpack powers off on its own, crashes and resets, freezes, won't charge or runs slow, view this info.
Restore Settings to Factory Defaults only if absolutely necessary as it:

Removes all modified settings including Network Name (SSID), Wi-Fi/Admin Password, etc.

Restores the default settings viewable on the LED externo del dispositivo.

Alternatively, a restore can also be done as follows:
- Accede a la Admin Web Interface.

From the Restore to Factory Defaults section, click Restore Factory Defaults.
