Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Ícono de la aplicación > Settings Ícono Settings.
  2. From the Account section, tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
    Nota Las cuentas que figuran en la lista pueden variar.
  4. Toca el icono Menú Menú (ubicado en la esquina superior derecha).
  5. Oprime Remove account.
  6. From the "Remove account?" prompt, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
