Apple® iPhone® 6 / 6 Plus - Activate / Set Up Device


Precaución Para evitar posibles problemas, revisa la siguiente información:

  • Verify that Find My iPhone is off then power off the old device prior to activating the new device.
  • If activation is performed with an incorrect Apple ID or different number, borra todo el contenido y las configuraciones luego sign in to iTunes® con la identificación de Apple correcta mientras estás conectado a la computadora.
  • Si usas Wi-Fi y hay un firewall activado en la computadora/red Wi-Fi para evitar el acceso al puerto 443, la activación fallará.
  • Accounts (e.g., Gmail, email, Cloud, etc.) should be set up after activation (see Temas relacionados).


Nota Notas:

  • Si activas a través de Wi-Fi, debe haber una red Wi-Fi activa disponible.
  • If activating via the Cellular network, the device must be in a Verizon wireless LTE area.
  • If you'd prefer to activate your new iPhone on a different mobile number on your account, refer to Activar o cambiar dispositivos.

  1. Press the Power button (top-right edge) to power the iPhone on.
    Nota If this is an upgrade or your phone was not activated when purchased, refer to activate a new iPhone.
  2. Press the Home button to unlock your iPhone.
  3. Tap the screen to choose language then tap the country or region.
  4. Oprime la red Wi-Fi, ingresa la contraseña Wi-Fi y luego oprime Join.
    Nota If activating via the Verizon network, tap Use Cellular Connection.
  5. From the Data & Privacy screen, tap Continue.
  6. When prompted to set up Touch ID, tap 'Continue' or ' Set Up Later in Settings'.
  7. Enter a 6-digit passcode, re-enter passcode, then tap Next.
  8. Tap a setup option:
    Nota Restoring your backup can take up to 30 minutes to complete. 
  9. Ingresa tu ID. y contraseña de Apple, y luego oprime Next.
    Nota Si ya usas un Id. de Apple en otro dispositivo, se enviará un código de verificación a ese dispositivo; debes ingresar este código para continuar con la activación.
    Nota  Si no tienes un Id. de Apple u olvidaste la información de inicio de sesión, consulta una de las siguientes opciones:
  10. Revisa los términos y condiciones y luego oprime Agree.
  11. From the Express Settings screen, tap 'Continue' or 'Customize Settings'.
  12. From the Keep Your iPhone Up to Date screen, tap 'Continue' or 'Install Updates Manually'.
  13. From the iMessage & Facetime screen, tap 'Continue' or 'Not Now'.
  14. From the Siri screen, tap 'Continue' or 'Set up Later in Settings'.
  15. From the Screen Time screen, tap 'Continue' or 'Set Up Later in Settings'.
  16. From the App Analytics screen, tap 'Share with App Developers' or 'Don't Share'.
  17. From the Appearance screen, select 'Light' or 'Dark' then tap Continue.
  18. From the Meet the New Home Button screen, tap 'Get Started' or 'Customize Later in Settings'.
  19. From the 'Display Zoom' screen, select 'Standard' or 'Zoomed' then Continue.
  20. Tap Get Started; confirm the status bar at the top of the screen changes from No Service to Verizon.
    Nota This process may take 2-3 minutes. If activation fails, view this support info.
