  1. What is the Go Unlimited plan for 55+?

    With the Go Unlimited plan for 55+, you can get all the benefits of Go Unlimited at a discounted rate, including unlimited talk, text and data.

    To be eligible, you must meet all the following requirements:

    • Be 55 years of age or older
    • Have 1 or 2 phones on your account
    • Have a Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Texas or Detroit, Michigan, billing address on your account

    Note: While you can have a maximum of only 2 phones, you can add up to 10 tablets and up to 25 connected devices (e.g., Palm, Hum, smartwatch, etc.) to your account. Mobile Hotspots (e.g., Jetpack®) aren't compatible with the Go Unlimited plan for 55+.

  2. How much does the Go Unlimited plan for 55+ cost?

  3. Do all members of my account need to be 55 or older to be eligible for the Go Unlimited plan for 55+?

    Only the Account Owner must be 55 or older.

  4. How do I get the Go Unlimited plan for 55+?

    If you're new to Verizon: Once we verify your eligibilidad, you can regístrate online and your account for 1 or 2 phones will be activated with the Go Unlimited plan for 55+.

    If you already have Verizon service, you can call Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 or visit a Verizon store to verify your eligibility and get this plan.

  5. I already have Go Unlimited. Will I automatically be switched to the Go Unlimited plan for 55+?

    No, we won't change your plan without your authorization. You'll need to request a change to your plan by clicking the Chat with us button at the bottom right corner of this page to contact one of our representatives or visiting a  tienda de Verizon.

    If you qualify, we'll switch you to the Go Unlimited plan for 55+.

  6. How do you verify eligibility for the Go Unlimited plan for 55+?

    When you first apply for service with Verizon, you provide your date of birth as part of the credit application. We use that information to verify age eligibility. The Account Owner must be 55+ years of age.

    We use your billing address to verify your location eligibility.

    No, military and non-military discounts aren't available with the Go Unlimited plan for 55+.

  8. Can I mix and match unlimited plans if I have the Go Unlimited plan for 55+?

    No, the Go Unlimited plan for 55+ isn't eligible to mix and match with other unlimited plans.

  9. I have the Go Unlimited plan for 55+. What if I want to add a third phone to my account?

    If you want to add a third phone to your account, you'll no longer be eligible for the Go Unlimited plan for 55+. The 55+ plan can have a maximum of 2 phones.
