  1. What is a connected device plan?

    Connected device plans are for data-only devices on your Verizon Wireless account, like a Jetpack®, tablet, etc.,  that don't share data with a phone.

    You may need a connected device plan if any of the following apply to you:

    • You don't have a phone on your account, just data-only devices
    • Usted mix and match unlimited planes en tu cuenta
    • You have an older plan without shared data (e.g., Nationwide)

    Note: If you have a shared data plan on your account, you don't need an extra connected device plan. You'll just pay a monthly access fee for your connected device, and it will use your shared data allowance.

  2. How much does a connected device plan cost if I don't have any phones on my account?

    If you don't have a phone on your account (only devices that use data), go to our Dispositivos conectados page for pricing and allowance options.

  3. How much does a connected device plan cost if I have at least one phone on my account?

    If you have a shared data plan: You don't need a separate plan for your connected device. It will use your shared data allowance. You'll just need to pay the monthly line access fee for that device.

    If you have phones with combinar planes unlimited: You have 2 connected device plan options to choose from.
