    You can add a new device online and keep your plan the same in My Verizon or using the My Verizon app. For instructions on how to add a new device using the My Verizon app, visit the Preguntas frecuentes sobre My Verizon app.

    1. Ve a la página Dispositivos shopping page from your smartphone, tablet or computer.

    2. Selecciona el dispositivo que deseas comprar.

    3. Choose a color, storage capacity (if applicable) and a payment option (monthly payments or retail price), and tap Add to Cart.

    4. Tap Add a new line.

    5. Review the previously selected color, storage capacity and payment option and tap Continue.

    6. Select a device protection option, an accessory bundle (not required) you'd like to purchase for your new device and tap Continue.

    7. Tap Keep Your Plan, if applicable.

    8. Follow the prompts to trade in your old device, if applicable.

    9. Revisa tu pedido y oprime Pagar.

    10. Verify your shipping address and select a shipping option or in-store pick up.

    11. Review payment and device information, Terms & Conditions, then tap Place Your Order.

  7. I was unable to add a new device because of a pending order on my account. Can I remove the pending order?

    Puedes eliminar un pedido pendiente de tu cuenta en la página Mis pedidos en Mi Verizon.

    Nota: únicamente el titular de la cuenta o el administrador de la cuenta puede solicitar que se quite un pedido pendiente.

    Once the pending order has been removed, you can add a line by clicking the My Verizon tab and tapping Get a new device.
