Your account PIN is used to verify your identity when you contact Verizon by phone or Chat. For your security, customers are required to have a 4-digit PIN de la cuenta, previously called billing password or billing system password. If you forget your Account PIN you'll need to set up a new one. Learn how to set up a new account PIN. You must be the Account Owner to set up and change your account PIN. Other members on your account will not be notified when a PIN is created or changed. It is the Account Owners responsibility to share the PIN with any of your Account Managers who may need it.
