Solución de problemas

  1. The 4G LTE Network Extender is taking a long time to connect. Why?

The 4G LTE Network Extender can take up to 1 hour to become operational. If GPS signals are weak and the unit isn't positioned optimally, GPS acquisition may take longer. For more information about setting up the 4G LTE Network Extender, refer to the Guía del usuario (*PDF).

  2. I can't find a window nearby for the 4G LTE Network Extender GPS antenna cable. What should I do?

A window or any location with a line of sight to the sky is needed for the GPS antenna to find the best available GPS signal. Consulta la sección Antena GPS externa del Guía del usuario (*PDF).

Si tienes dificultades para acceder a una ventana, deberás usar el cable GPS extendido o pedir un cable de 23 pies. Longer GPS cables with an SMB adapter or outdoor GPS antenna may be purchased from third party suppliers.

  3. Calls I make using the 4G LTE Network Extender sound choppy. What should I do?

Make sure that your internet connection supports at least 10 Mbps downlink and 5 Mbps uplink. However, speeds of 20 Mbps downlink and 10 Mbps uplink or higher are recommended. Menos de 20 Mbps afectarán la calidad de tus llamadas y la velocidad de data.
