Can I charge the phone with the charge cable while listening to music with headphones plugged into the phone at the same time?

The Moto Edge+ does support Moto Action, does have a quick flashlight toggle in the Quick View swipe down menu and also has a Pickup to Silence feature. There is a speaker on the bottom of the phone and one on the top where the earpiece is so 2 total. -Yale

Is it waterproof, dust proof does it have stereo speakers ,when will it up grade to Android 11,12?????
This phone has a rating of IP5210 for water and dust resistance. So this phone is not waterproof. All phones come with a speaker for speakerphone calls or hearing the media without using the headset or earphones.
