If someone leaves me a message, I will not get any voice mail notification (yes, I have notifications on) unless I get a second message. Today I missed a call and checked my voice mail - nothing. But knowing I was having this problem, I called myself and left a message, and lo & behold I got the two messages (from the earlier missed call and the one I left myself.
This is obviously quite tedious and inefficient.
