I checked with Verizon the other day if the iPhone 6S would work on the Verizon network. They checked the IMEI number (?). Then they sent me a new SIM card to activate. I plugged in the new SIM card to the iPhone 6S and it says "SIM card not supported". Not sure what to do at the this point. We'd really like to replace the Samsung S7 with the We already have the Verizon account and got the unlocked iPhone from a friend who is with Sprint. Any ideas?

That's a terrific question, Kimnak22. We definitely want to assist you, and if the IMEI was cleared for activation, we should be able to figure this out. Have you verified with the previous device owner if the device was paid off?
