The spammers even use a discernible pattern to the numbers that they spoof.

Try running a cellular network and get back to us how it has no spam calls. All carriers go through with this.

I've used 60 minuets of call time this cycle. 12 of those were with people I know.

THE OTHER 48 WAS SPAM and was spent in the call screening feature so that I could finally hit ignore.

When 80% of my incoming calls is spam, that's just plain [removed] harassment.
