AC791L - LCD buttons not responding

Recently upgraded my MiFi jetpack to the AC791L. Side note - completely unimpressed which is very disappointing considering the reviews. My question - I can't get the buttons on the actual jetpack unit to respond. I had to complete the set-up through my computer. I've un-installed and re-installed the battery several times as well as powering the unit off/on several times. I have the jetpack set to allow a user to use the buttons on the LCD screen to access settings. Nothing is working. Any ideas on what I can do? I'm ready to just return it.

If the Jetpack is not responding to the control panel buttons then it is damaged and needs to be replaced. 


Contact VZW if you have existing warranty and ask for a replacement.

NATBAS42, congratulations on your upgrade. It's important to us that you're happy with your new Jetpack and we definitely want the buttons to work so you can use it properly. Was the device purchased at the store, through the phone, or online? Remember that you do have the 14-day worry free guarantee that lets us replace the device if it's not performing as expected. I would attempt to also try a hard reset on the Jetpack and exchange it if the issue persists.
