My phone will not power up after installing updates. What can I do?

Plug in to power and wait a bit. 

Still no luck?

hold power, and both volume buttons at the same time.  Wait.  Does it reboot?

I think Mama23dogs meant press and hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time.
