Early Termination Fee For My Line Only

I was just wondering what my early termination fee would be for line only?  I am on a family plan, I have the Samsung Galaxy S8+, and we got our phones on the same day in February of this year.  Thank you in advance.

Is the line under contract or a device payment agreement?
