i can send A text message but it will not send photos. I can post photos to Facebook though
I depend heavily on being able to send pictures, SUSSON29. You’re in the right place to troubleshoot this further. When did this start happening? When you post photos to Facebook, can you tell us how you’re doing that (for instance, from the app)? What happens when you try to send photos? Please see this page about turning MMS on and off, as a troubleshooting step: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-207012/ MMS should be set to on when you need to send pictures. If it’s on now, turn it off for a minute then back on. Let us know what happens.
