When I try to uninstall apps that I have downloaded, It just get's hung up and won't let me back out of it. I have to hit my Home key, but after I get back to my Home screen, it just restarts it's self. Also when I go to Application Manage and click on an app, it just says computing. like it's stuck in that mode. Why?
We are sorry to hear about the issues with your device. We want you to be able to get this taken care of. Have you tried using your device in Safe Mode? Here is a link on how to do this, https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-59242/. This will make all third party apps stop working. You can then head to your settings to uninstall the application you desire. Let us know if you are able to continue using this method.
