what are things that you don't like about the phone
I have the iPhone X. I don't really have any gripes with it. Face ID can be hit or miss when I have a hat and sunglasses on but that is to be expected. One thing I finally did was purchase a case from Verizon that will deliver today. With Apple going back to glass backs w/ iPhone 8/8+/X the device can and will break if dropped. I have a few cracks on the back of my iPhone X. The cost from Apple to change the back is up there so I'll finally be putting an Apple leather case on it later today.
