If I have a Samsung Note 4,can I switch the sim card to a iPhone 6s, 7,or 8 with out any problem?

No, the Note 4 uses Micro SIMs and the iPhones use Nano SIMs which are smaller cards & slots

You will need to get a new SIM card from a corporate store.
