I've tried resetting everything possible with no results. I pay monthly for it to connect to my 4g so why won't it?
We want to ensure we do all we can to get your tablet connected to 4G, TIGERBENGALCAT. You came to the right place. When is the last time it connected to 4G? What happens on the screen now when you attempt to connect to 4G? Have you tried connecting it in multiple locations, such as, where you see a phone receiving 4G service?
