Have had no problems for over 1 year. Two Droid Turbo 2 phones used as hot spots on several different computers. Suddenly neither phone could be found by any of the computers. After about 2 hours of trying to troubleshoot, both phones are suddenly recognized by all but one computer. I have checked all the settings and updated drivers but neither phone is recognized by one computer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Is the phone broadcasting the same Wi-Fi frequency that is compatible with the computer's Wi-Fi network card.

If your PC can't see it, then you have a problem.
I would verify you are downloading the correct driver from HP for your OS, model, and manufacturer of wifi hardware. I would make sure your BIOS is updated, and boot to BIOS and make sure WiFi is enabled. Then I would uninstall the WiFi driver, reboot and re-install (if it doesn't automatically do so).
