Connect the phone and computer with the USB cable; pull down the phone's notification shade, tap where it says USB Charging, and change the USB mode to File Transfer; then 'drag and drop' the files, i.e.,

Move Pictures / Videos to Device - Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 edge | Verizon Wireless
