I transfer photos from my Droid Razr to desktop with USB cable every day or so. For the past few days, I have been unable to do this. I keep getting the message that there are no new photos when I know that there are. Please help.

Try changing it to the camera option or a different USB port.

Have you checked the phone notification shade to verify the USB connection type it set correctly?

Hi. Yes, it is set to Media device MTP as it always is. Very frustrating.

It is a different protocol configuration for the computer and the device to "talk" to each other.
