How Long Should a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Factory Reset Take?

Due to constant spontaneous reboots and after Clear System Data didn't work, I did a Factory Reset and it has apparently been downloading the updates to Android for over 90-minutes. Should it really take that long?

I have had the Note 4 since I preordered it, but seems like way too long for updates. It is just sitting there with screen black and pulsating blue light. Anything else I should do?

Thanks!

Do not turn it off. Turning off the phone during a Software Update will cause the update to 'break' which ultimately will lead to issues when using the phone. If it continues to not change, install the Software Repair Assistant. Then you can repair the operating system.
