I will be using the Verizon LTE Internet and Home Phone router for a second home in a rural area. It has a device limit of 10. For standard security purposes I will have about 8 devices connected. That leaves few to spare when we are at the home. Will DHCP on the router only assign 10 addresses?
Is there a way to increase the number of devices. Could I use a wifi extender and add more devices or add a second router that would allow more connections?
thanks

> Will DHCP on the router only assign 10 addresses?
DHCP will assign up to 101 IP addresses and you can manually assign up to 152 IP addresses.
> Is there a way to increase the number of devices.
With internet access through the device, no!
> Could I use a wifi extender and add more devices or add a second router that would allow more connections?
Not with internet access! The 10 device limit would ultimately be enforced by a middlebox on Verizon's CGNAT meaning nothing a user can do will change it.
