Why does the flahslight keep turning on on my Droid Turbo 2?

I have a Droid Turbo 2 and notice a flashlight comes on while I have it mounted on my motorcycle. Is there a way to disconnect the flashlight? There is NO app downloaded for a flashlight.

Open the Moto app. Touch the settings gear and select Actions. Touch the "Chop Twice for Flashlight" option. Turn it off.
