Why can't I use talk to text?

I did the newest update (just to get rid of the icon in my status bar)..NOW, I can not talk to TEXT!
How do I switch it back? Or change that setting?

Long-press the key to the right of the Sym key; it should then give you a pop-up where you can toggle the microphone, clipboard, emoji, and Settings.

OH my!! You are awesome! thank you SO much! My hubs opened 1 (not knowing).. IN COURT hahah. OPS!! Thankfully it wasn't anything bad! hahah
