How do I stop messaging errors on my Droid Maxx?

I am getting errors while using the messaging app that came on my phone. I have read some of the posts on here and none seem to help with it. This started after the update I had last week. I am also having Google play store errors. These happen all the time. It doesn't matter what I am doing sometimes it is four or five in quick succession. Help! I am very frustrated. Thank you

We don't want you to have errors popping up everytime you use your phone. Let's work together on this. Are all of your applications up to date? Have you powered off your phone since the update was completed?

Yes I powered off my phone twice. As far as I know I am up to date. I looked and couldn't find an update for messages. Plus I am having EAB errors too. So, that is messaging errors while messaging and EAB error and Google play store errors just randomly.  Help!
