I have no sound from the external speaker (like handset, or ring tones). I have the ear speaker, so I can hear callers, but no ringing. I've been living on Vibrate for all alerts. Any suggestions? I've re booted, tried to change ringtones, no sound. Blue tooth and headphone jack work.
Mgull, you have reached out the right group to help out today. I don't want you to miss out on any phone calls if you don't have vibrate on. How long has this been going on? Was there any changes to the phone since this started to happen? Any kind of physical or liquid damage to the phone? What happens if you have a ringtone set and someone calls you? Does it just pop up with who is calling? Keep me posted.

I called VSupport and helped. Found was a quirk with changing the volume when in Silent Mode.
I don't even know exactly what I did: while in Silent mode reset settings.
Seems to have worked. Will keep updated. Thank you
