I keep getting the sign in request symbol on my phone. When I click on it, it acts like it's signing on but doesn't go away. How can I make it go away?

If you do not want to use Google Photos, you can disable that app in your App Manager in Settings. If you want to use it, but not have it auto-sync and ask for sign-in info, you can disable the sync in the app's settings and still be able to use the app otherwise.
