What does a white blinking light when plugged into the wall charger indicate?

help my phone stopped turning on and started just blinking red yesterday when plugged in. No when

plugged  in it blink white what dos this mean

Excellent question! The notification light blinks when
you have a new message or notification, and turns on
when you start charging a dead battery.
