I have a 2009 Yukon Denali. I've got everything working great with the exception of the rear hatch release. It's grayed out on my phone FOB, and doesn't open the hatch. Is there anything I can do to make this work. I know I've selected the correct FOB and everything else works. Any Idea's.

Okay it's all good. I emailed Delphi Customer Support, and they emailed me back with a phone number to Keyless Ride. They answer the phone Delphi Fob Support. And they were able to take care of everything over the phone. So anyone having any problems with their FOB, the number is: 888-861-2651, Thanks Everyone for your help, and hope this helps someone having similar issues.

cbrinson,
I want to make sure we get you up and running. When trying to connect your Vehicle Diagnostic Module to your truck, what color it LED light? Did you recieve any type of error message while trying to connect FOB? Provide details to better assist.

When I plugged in the module it was blue, I held the button in until it blinked red. then it flashed green then blue about every 10 seconds. Like I said everything else works fine, just the rear hatch release is grayed out on the FOB. Programing of the FOB worked just like it said it would, however I did do it a couple of times, just because of the hatch release problem. I don't know what other details you want, Bluetooth works, wifi works, everything works except hatch release button.

Nope, but the Google Play and Apple App store both give you the email and contact information for the developers
