Where can i find/buy a sim card to fit this phone? What size is it

It uses a regular-size (or full size) SIM card.  You should be able to get one free at your local Corporate Verizon store or by calling Customer Service.  If they don't have the correct size SIM card, you can use a micro or nano sized one with an adapter.

Yes, adapters are fairly easy to find and aren't expensive.  Using one with a nano-sized SIM card makes it easy to switch phones.
